1 syringe tube (5 grams) contains active ingredients :

Cloxacillin sodium salt – 200mg;

Amoxicillin trihydrate – 75mg.

 

 

Pharmacological properties:

Mastiline is a combined antimicrobial agent containing sodium salt cloxacillin and trihydrate amoxicillin active against most strains of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus uberis, Streplococcus dysgalactiae, Staphylococcus spp, Corynebacterium pyogenes, C. uberis, C. dysgalactiae, C. pyogenes, E. Coli, Bacillus cereus, Bacteroides, Campilobacter Sp., Klebviellae, Pasteurellae).

The mechanism of action of antibiotics consists in violation of the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, causes osmotic imbalance in the bacteria and their death.

 

 

Application:

Treatment of cattle (cows) suffering from clinical, subclinical forms of mastitis of bacterial etiology during lactation.

 

 

Dosage:

Intracisternal.
Cows are injected with the contents of one syringe tube into the affected breast, which is prewashed, dispensed and disinfected. After administration of the drug is carried out a light massage of the affected quarter of the breast (from bottom to top) for its even distribution throughout the tank. Repeated administration of the drug is carried out after 12 hours.

The course of treatment is 1.5-2 days.

Before the introduction of the syringe-tube heated to a temperature of 95-100F (35-38 ° C) in a water bath and actively shaken to obtain a homogeneous mass.

 

 

Contraindications:

Do not use animals with hypersensitivity to the active ingredients of the drug.

 

 

Cautions:

Milk consumption for human nutrition is allowed 3 days after the last administration of the drug. Killing animals for meat is permitted 4 days after the last administration of the preparation. The meat and milk obtained before this date are disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the opinion of the veterinary surgeon.
