Conditions of return:
The exchange of goods is made within 30 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, preserved its appearance, consumer properties, seals – (without traces of use, opening and needle needle punctures from the syringe, which are formed when taking the substance from the bottle, the level of internal volume of substances inside the bottle corresponds to the norm), factory labels, external cardboard packaging are preserved and have a consumer appearance.
Return of veterinary production, pays the buyer, at reception of return and having examined it, having compared with a photo at sending to the buyer, we at sending of each order, we do a detailed photo (in the packed kind, having withdrawn a tube from packing, term of release, number of lot, series when we have compared a photo at sending to the client and having convinced that this concrete veterinary preparation – namely that which we sent, instead of similar, but another, the decision on return of money resources or an exchange is accepted.
