Composition:

Pharmacological properties:

Tilmicosine is a broad spectrum antibiotic from a group of macrolides. It is effective against the respiratory agents M.gallisepticum, M.synoviae, P.multocida and Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale. Tilmicosine inhibits protein synthesis in microorganisms through interaction with ribosomes of bacterial cells.

Enrofloxacin is a broad spectrum antibiotic of the fluoroquinolone group. The preparation has antimicrobial action against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms (Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Corinebacterium spp., Pseudomonas, E. coli, Haemophilus spp., Salmonella spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp.). , Pasteurella spp. and others) and also acts on mycoplasma and chlamydia. The mechanism of action is related to the suppression of bacterial DNA-hyrazes, which leads to the disturbance of bacterial DNA replication.

Trimetoprim – an antimicrobial agent of wide spectrum of action from the group of diaminopyrimidine. Application:

The drug is used to treat infectious diseases of chickens caused by bacterial microflora sensitive to enrofloxacin, tilmicosine and trimetoprimia: mycoplasmosis, colinfections, salmonellosis, necrotic enteritis, streptococcosis, etc. .

 

 

Dosage:

Chickens: oral with drinking water in a dose of 2 ml per 1 liter of drinking water during the first 3 days of life.

It is recommended to repeat the treatment of chickens for 20-22 days of life by soldering the drug for 3 days in a dose of 2 ml per 1 liter of drinking water.
