CONTACTIONS

100 ml of the preparation contain

active ingredients:

Benzalconium chloride – 20 grams;

Glutaraldehyde – 10 grams.

 

 

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

A complex preparation for ungulate horn sanitation, acts antiseptically (including Fusobacterium necrophorum, Bacteroides nodosus, Clostridium perfringens, etc.). Benzalconium chloride and glutarous aldehyde exhibit bactericidal (Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E. coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Listeria monocytogenes, Mycoplasma spp.), fungicidal (Candida spp.), Aspergillus spp., Fusarium spp., Penicillium spp.), virulicide (Newcastle disease virus, Reovirus, Rotavirus, Coronavirus, Paramyxovirus, Poxvirus, Orthomyxovirus, Pestivirus) actions.
Special components included in the composition (complexes of salts, non-ionic surfactants and polymeric compounds), strengthen the hoof horn, preventing it from cracking, enveloping the surface, blocking defects, prevent the development of porosity, have astringent, keratolytic and anti-inflammatory action, stimulate healing of the affected skin of the crumb and interfinger slot.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

The drug is used for the treatment of animals with diseases of the hooves, for the prevention and treatment of animals with diseases of necrobacteriosis and ungulates rot.

 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

The tool is used by the bath method by immersing the hooves in the working solution of the drug or by irrigation. Working solutions of the drug are prepared in labeled containers from any materials by diluting the product with water at room temperature.

For the prevention of hoof diseases in animals, 2.5-5% solutions of the drug are used for 7 days once a month.

Depending on the number of cows, bathtubs are filled with a solution of the drug according to the table:

For animals with minor lesions of the extremities (when removing the affected areas, excising necrotic tissue), use a 10% solution of the drug by irrigation twice with an interval of 24 hours. Then proceed to the treatment of the extremities with a 5% solution of the drug by immersion. Processing is carried out every other day, at least three times.

With deep interventions with excision of the affected tissue, the drug is used by applying dressings soaked in a 10% solution. Dressings are carried out every other day, at least three times. Then proceed to the treatment of the extremities with a 5% solution of the drug by immersion.

Shelf life after dilution is 24 hours.

 

 

Storage:

Store in the manufacturer’s packaging at a temperature of 40-77F (5° C to 25° C) in a dry, dark, ventilated warehouse.
Do not freeze!
