A broad spectrum antihelminthic agent for the prevention and treatment of helminth infections in cats.
Ingredients:
The tablet is white, yellowish on the fracture, divided into two equal parts,
contains :
230 mg of pirantella,
20 mg of praziquantel.
Indications for use:
The product is used for prevention and therapeutic treatment of cats against round and strip helminths: Toxocara cati, Ancylostoma tubaeforme, Ancylostoma pziliense, Echinococcus granulosus, Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Mesocestoides spp., Joyeuxiella sp.
Dosage and method of application:
One tablet is designed for 8.8lb (4 kg) of animal weight.
The tablet is given once either forcibly or with feed (in meat, minced meat, in a piece of butter). Prophylactic treatment of animals should be carried out at least 4 times a year without preliminary examination of faeces and identification of helminths, and this should be done before vaccination, mating, 10 days before calving. Pre-diet and laxatives are not required.
Contraindications: no.
Side effects: not observed.
Useful information:
Drontal can be given to kittens, old and weakened animals, pregnant and lactating females.
Storage conditions and expiration date:
Store the drug in its original packaging, in an inaccessible place for children and animals, separately from food and animal feed, at temperatures from 46-77F (8C to +20C).
