We offer a modern production complex for the manufacture of injectable drugs, SOCDAN by GMP STANDARDS
Each workshop of the production complex is equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation to ensure microclimatic conditions in the premises (t = 22 +/- 2 degrees Celsius) with a distinction of cleanliness classes in accordance with the requirements of GMP EU (42-01-2001), and the most critical points of production are separately provided with air purification units with a flow of laminar type. The microclimate in the premises within the limits of corresponding parameters is provided by the system of supply and exhaust ventilation with the air conditioners integrated into it. Workstations are equipped and equipped in accordance with the requirements of DSP 9.9.5-080-2002.
Steam sterilizer of through-feed type Sterivap HP IL 9618-2 with 1275 l chamber for ampoule sterilization in accordance with the Technical Requirements was purchased from the famous Czech company BMT Medical Technology. It is a fully automatic device of European production, which meets the GMP quality standard, with an integrated printer for reporting the sterilization cycle, which excludes operator interference in the sterilization process, i.e. eliminates the human factor. Another feature of the device is the availability of a sealed ampoule tightness program (vacuum crash test). The device is made of certified quality system in accordance with the European instructions for the production of medical devices № 93 / 42 / EEC, pressure chamber and steam generator designed in accordance with European instructions № 97 / 23 / EU. The standard equipment includes 20 programs and unique technical characteristics, among which the most important ones:
Thermal deaeration of the feed desalted water for the vaporizer with minimization of non-condensable gas content to increase the reliability of sterilization;
Powerful silent two-stage vacuum pump for high efficiency and reliability;
Innovative touch-screen 12 colour touch-screen display with ergonomically optimized installation;
Two-processor control unit based on two independent systems (Master and Slave) for a high level of safety;
The dual independent absolute pressure and temperature indicators enable precise operation, control and independent documentation of cycles;
The unique steam distribution solution for heating and sterilization ensures that the physical parameters in accordance with EN 285 and EN 554 are accurately maintained;
Automatic start-up in the morning – preheating and vacuum test – without maintenance.
The company is equipped with a water treatment system with a capacity of 600 l/h and a conductivity of 0.1 microsimens output.
